Evaluation

During October 2011 until December 2011, we launched our first BOOTCAMP WEIGHT LOSS Challenge.

  • The Prize:
    • 1x FREE 6 week Bootcamp during 2012
    • 1x Bootcamp Exercise Mat
    • 1x Bootcamp T-shirt

The Goal: To lose the most body fat % in 10 weeks.

Bootcampers had to sign up for 10 weeks. We exercised 3 x per week. These Bootcampers underwent a BODY EVALUATION at the beginning and then again at the end of the 10 weeks.

  • The Evaluation included:
    • Circumference measurements to determine cm’s lost
    • Weight
    • Body fat measurement (fat %)
    • Lean Body measurement (excluding fat – muscle, bone, etc.)
    • Water capacity in body
