I joined boot camp because I had to do something to change my life and thighs. I don’t like the gym idea, so I thought that I would give boot camp a go.
After hearing only good things about it and how sore people were after their sessions, I thought that it must just work. I have not done much on the physical side since leaving school so I was a bit apprehensive to say the least.
I can’t tell you how much boot camp has changed my way of thinking towards exercise now. After my first boot camp I could see the difference in my fitness level as well as the toning of my body. Boot camp is tough, but if you want to make that change, you can. I enjoy it so much now I can’t imagine having to stop going. All the ladies that do boot camp together are there for the same reason and each one of us have the same goals, at the end of the day it is up to the individual how much you put into it.
