BOOTCAMP   I remember when a friend mentioned it to me. Many thoughts ran through my head, but I replied "Yea, I want to do that".
Many asked why especially since I prefer the early morning session.

I've always been a physically active person, sports, hiking, walking my dogs, playing with kids, etc. But, there comes a time when for various reasons physical activity can slow down. That happened for me, but I still tried to stay in shape. It's difficult without someone's direction and guidance. It's also so much better exercising with others. Since I'm not a gym person boot camp was the answer. Now I am addicted. I so much enjoy the feeling of working hard and being good to myself. I highly recommend this program. Be true to yourself, stay committed and don't give up. It is definitely worth every minute.
