I don't know if it's that we have a new instructor this session or if it's that the Bootcamp workouts have been intensified, but I get the feeling it's both -- and I just want to say I really appreciate it. The workouts have so much variety that each one feels fresh and different, and yet there's sufficient overall balance and intensity to ensure that all muscle groups get worked and get worked well.
And our instructor Gerda, with her wonderful sense of fun and commitment, always focuses on ensuring that each participant uses the correct form and that everyone is appropriately challenged to their individual level, thus enabling the maximum benefit to be drawn from each workout. I'm feeling the burn more than before and already starting to notice new changes in my body...in the direction of more tightness and possibly even some weight loss. At the end of each workout I feel thoroughly worked out, and my muscles ache in a wonderful way afterwards (not pain, but just that nice soreness that lets you know they've been worked and are repairing themselves). It's a great feeling. Bootcamp team, thank you for Gerda and thank you for a revamped program. I'm no longer considering supplementing or replacing Bootcamp with another exercise program as Bootcamp Namibia is really doing it for me.
